We distribute quarterly, as long as the properties cashflow allows. Sometimes there are factors that don’t allow for distributions e.g., stabilizing a value-add property and unforeseen conditions etc. We know that cashflow is important to our investors and we keep that in mind every step of the way and is embedded in our underwriting.
